It is a path for the sincere seeker—whether you're just beginning or have walked the yogic path for sometime..
Rooted in the living wisdom of the Himalayas and the guidance of my teacher Anand Mehrotra, this practice is where I have found my truest calling.

Breathwork alone is incredibly effective for releasing trauma, anxiety and depression. It creates acute focus to amplify your meditation, study, connection with others and peace within ones self.

But there is something so important about a holistic approach. The intelligent use of Vinyasa as a preparation of the body for the liberation that follows.

Kriya brings a dynamic aliveness—awakening the dormant potential within. It stirs the inner fire and connects you to your source power.

Bhakti Yoga - the yoga of the heart, reminds us that we are love, Aham Prema. Heart is source energy, we can have a beautiful life when we act from this space.

From this spaciousness, Meditation arises naturally.
Not as something we do, but as something that happens through us.

Seeing what a strong daily Sadhana (practice) can bring it is my honour to share this with you.

Medicine yoga takes it’s roots from the tradition of Sattva Yoga (yoga of purity)
Sattva is a complete style of yoga.

An integrative path that weaves together ancient and modern practices:

  • Laya (deep meditative absorption)

  • Hatha Vinyasa

  • Mantra, breathwork, and meditation

This beautifully holistic practice meets you wherever you are and supports you to evolve in body, mind, and spirit.

For Jarrah, yoga is more than movement. It’s how you act, how you think, what you say to yourself in silence. It’s the sounds you listen to, the breath you take, the presence you offer to each moment.

Her classes are designed to be deeply experiential—a space to drop in, feel, move, breathe, release, and reconnect to your true self. You’ll be invited to show up exactly as you are, and leave more in touch with your essence.

Jarrah’s vision is to create a Sangha—a spiritual community—of dedicated, open-hearted yogis who practice, evolve, and support one another on the path to wholeness.
